I Want To Keep It Short, But I Canít!
What's Next? Seeing Is Believing! Will You Help?
BY JIMMIE WILLIAMS
ORLANDO - Let's just keep it real. Not everyone will like you. Lol! Everyone has an agenda of why they want to be a part of what you have created. Like I said earlier, I want to keep it short, but I can't! Here's a man with about 6 or 7 proclamations from the City of Orlando and about 3 or 4 Prestige Awards from Health Corporations and institutions for the work that he has done. He has worked with over 30 community partners in Districts 5 and 6 in Orange County throughout the past 5 years. He's also disabled. People only see what your creations can do for them and not what they can do for your creations. Some will go so far as to pretend to be your friend, knowing that they're only there for their own greed. Some will get on your bandwagon and never put their feet on the ground to help push the wagon along. My Father thou art in heaven said to use them as a footstool to get you to higher ground. Then you cut them off by pushing them off the wagon because they are just dead weight. Itís something that you have to have to balance the wagon. Lol! You have to maintain your focus on God's work and not on what God have them doing around you. I have put in some long days and even longer nights in my community. I do not work for the people, but for my Father, God only, Jesus is my Boss. So some think I spend my time thinking about who, what, when, where and how. I can only tell you that God has a purpose for what I'm doing in the name of Jesus. Organizations that do support my struggle in giving back to the community don't see me as just a person. They see me as God's tool doing His work to help and give back to His people. These organizations have people in place that submit paper work for approval to stand with me in my struggle unlike some people that has the paper work in their hands taking it personal about how this will affect them and their future as if they speak for the organization. I'd like to thank all the organizations that stand with my wife and I for all communities. Office Depot Office Max has been a great supporter to our organization by helping us take on the challenges that lie ahead as we reach out to others inviting them to join us on The 2nd Anual Shake It Off Health Tour throughout Orange County. I am proud to have Office Depot Office Max as a part of our family of resources as we continue the work in Central Florida. We are moving forward into the month of August where we will host the 2nd Annual Shake It Off Health Tour on Saturday August 19, 2017 11:00am-3:00pm at 1101 W. Goldwyn Avenue, 32805 Orlando Florida.
