City Of Orlando Commissioner Samuel B. Ings Of District 6 & Drop D No Limits Foundation Presented Out With The Old! In With The New!
The New Yearís Eve Shake It Off Health Expo Tour 2017!
BY JIMMIE WILLIAMS
ORLANDO - On Saturday December 29th, 2017, the Drop D No Limits Foundation hosted its end of the year tour stop. It was held at the James R. Smith neighborhood center. By this being the end of the year I didn't know what type of turnout to expect with the vendors or spectators. So many people go on vacation this time of year or take time off from work to make plans to celebrate the new year. As most of you already know you must stay on the course, because you know the event must go on. Right? I'm going to say this. People have forgotten why I started the health tour. Well I haven't forgotten. It's because I face health issues such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity just to name a few. I don't want you to wait until itís too late and you are already lying in bed talking about what you should have done. I want you to do something about your health right now. Not tomorrow, but right now! Call a friend and tell them to do something about their health as well. Tell them to come to the Shake It Off Health Expo Tour parade walk/run on Saturday January 27, 2018 at the John H. Jackson Center, 1002 W. Carter Street Orlando Florida 32805. Come out and celebrate with us as we spread the word about better health. I'd like to thank Simply Health Care, Florida Health and many others for attending the New Year's Eve health tour. The Drop D No Limits Foundation now has a new community partner as a Life Coach "Ace Coaching Service." Mr. Ace Cooper is now working with the Foundation. Coming in 2018 Don't Meet Me There, Beat Me There! Another Drop D No Limits Foundation Production!
