  3. Swamp Walk! Join Seminole County Natural Lands for our SWAMP WALK! On September 13th, from 8:00am-10:00am at Spring Hammock Preserve 2985 Osprey Trail, Longwood, FL 32750. Cost: $3 per person (ages 7 & up. Children must be accompainied by an adult) Your guide will take you through thick, deep mud to explore the beauty of the hydric hammock. This is a hike that's lots of fun for the entire family! Children must be 7 years or older and be accompanied by an adult Pre-registration required. Only 25 spaces available. Register at any active park (Sylvan Lake Park, Red Bug Lake Park, Sanlando Park) Park Hours: 8am-10pm Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm Sat-Sun. You must wear long pants and closed-toed shoes that tie on snug. We recommend wearing bug repellant.
