The Kissimmee Civic Center is now offering Zumba and 3-2-1 Circuit Training classes on Mondays and Thursdays with two group exercise sessions per week, starting at 5:45 p.m. On Monday evenings rev-up your metabolism with 3-2-1 Circuit Training. The fast-paced circuit style session, which is designed to improve muscular and cardiovascular fitness, will keep you moving. Motivating music and new exercises and routines keep the class upbeat and interesting. Thursday nights will get your heart pumping with the Latin dance style of Zumba. The energy-filled atmosphere created by the music, dancing and energetic instructor will help you to burn calories and improve your fitness without even realizing it. All skill levels and ages are invited to join the party! Group exercise classes are included with regular membership or daily guest fees.
